In 1913, Tunstall B. Perry realized his dream and opened a mining and foundry supply business in Birmingham, AL.  He started his business with a strict set of principles on how to serve his customer: with respect, good dependable products, timely customer service and always keeping customer needs in mind.  Mr. Perry stuck to his principles, and the satisfied customers stuck with him. More than 88 years later, some of those customers are still using Perry Supply for many of their supply and equipment needs. Today, Perry Supply has developed into an international industrial supply company and more than half of our products are sold to markets outside the United States.  We are presently shipping out of the ports of Charleston, Miami, Houston, and Fernandina Beach, Florida.  We also deliver via airfreight carriers for emergency orders.  Pricing can be on several different methods depending on the customers needs such as CIF, DDU, or FOB.  Shipments are made in either TEU, FEU, or Flat racks.  We have in place ocean freight contracts with several ocean shipping companies as well as corporate inland transportation rates to ensure timely and cost effective delivery to our international customers.

Our product line is ever changing and increasing in order to meet the one-shop services we offer, and Perry Supply maintains one of the most comprehensive lines of mining, foundry, construction, and industrial supplies available.  Perry Supply is a stocking distributor for over 20 different manufacturers, and we are also a preferred member of the Induserve Supply Cooperative.  This alliance gives us access to over 500 top manufacturers and approximately 500,000 different products. 

With our fleet of trucks, Perry Supply offers free B2B delivery in the metro Birmingham area.  We also use most common carriers, UPS, FEDEX and rail cars. We can also drop ship/direct ship items directly from our manufacturers to your location. With 88,000 square feet of warehouse space devoted to in-stock inventory, we will quickly fill your orders, and in most cases have your order on the way the same day you call.

Perry Supply still takes pride in being a service-oriented supplier.  A good example is our filter kit service.  Of Perry Supply’s 88,000 sq feet of warehouse space, 9600 sq ft is dedicated to filters alone. We can package multiple filters to create machine specific kits. This enables your maintenance crew to have all the filters they need to service your truck, cranes and other machinery.
